AC or Non-AC: Which Room Should You Book?
Both rooms share the same comforts. Here’s a gentle guide to choosing the one that suits your visit.

It’s one of the questions our guests ask most often. Happily, both rooms offer the same comforts: a double bed, armchairs, an LED TV, a private bathroom with hot water and free Wi-Fi. The only difference is how they’re kept cool.
The Prices
- AC Room: ₹2,300 per night for 1 or 2 guests
- Non-AC Room: ₹1,600 per night for 1 or 2 guests
- Extra guest: ₹400 per night · GST 5% extra
Choose AC If…
- You're visiting in Hyderabad's hot months, roughly March to June
- You need to sleep in the day after a night train
- You're working from the room and want it quiet with windows closed
Choose Non-AC If…
- You're visiting in the cooler months, roughly November to February
- You're on a budget and would rather spend on the food downstairs
- You like fresh air: the rooms have big windows and a wall fan
